Am I Eligible?
To qualify for 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæâ€™s Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), students must meet theÌý.
Important:ÌýMeeting the income guidelines does not guarantee admission – it also depends on space and funding.
Priority is given to:
- First-time, full-time freshmen
- EOF transfer students in good standing
If accepted, students must take part inÌýEOP’s academic support services.
Transferring into the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)
EOF Students from Another NJ College or University
You may transfer to 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæâ€™s EOP if you meet the following requirements:
- New Jersey resident
- Meet NJ
- ·¡²¹°ù²Ô±ð»åÌý 15+ college credits
- GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Currently in an EOF program,Ìý´Ç°ùÌýeligible for one

If you’re already enrolled at 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ and want to join EOP for the first time, you must:
- New Jersey resident
- Meet NJ
- ·¡²¹°ù²Ô±ð»åÌý0 - 56 creditsÌý(no more than 56)
- GPA of 2.5 or higher
How to Apply:
- Complete the EOP Transfer Form
- File aÌýÌý´Ç°ùÌý(for NJ Dreamers)
- Apply before the Deadline:
- Fall:ÌýAugust 1
- Spring:ÌýNovember 15
Note:ÌýStarting Spring 2024, most students won’t need to submit extra financial documents if eligibility can be confirmed through New Jersey Financial Aid Management System (NJFAMS). However, some students may still be asked to provide additional paperwork.
