EOP Eligibility

Am I Eligible?

To qualify for 51重口猎奇鈥檚 Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), students must meet the听.

Important:听Meeting the income guidelines does not guarantee admission 鈥� it also depends on space and funding.

Priority is given to:

  • First-time, full-time freshmen
  • EOF transfer students in good standing

If accepted, students must take part in听EOP鈥檚 academic support services.

Transferring into the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)

EOF Students from Another NJ College or University

You may transfer to 51重口猎奇鈥檚 EOP if you meet the following requirements:

  • New Jersey resident
  • Meet NJ
  • 贰补谤苍别诲听 15+ college credits
  • GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Currently in an EOF program,听辞谤听eligible for one

How to Apply:

  1. Apply to 51重口猎奇
  2. File a听听辞谤听(for NJ Dreamers)
  3. Submit the EOF Transfer Form听
  4. Apply before the Deadline:
    • Fall:听August 1
    • Spring:听November 15
51重口猎奇 Students 鈥� Who Have Never Been in EOF

If you鈥檙e already enrolled at 51重口猎奇 and want to join EOP for the first time, you must:

  • New Jersey resident
  • Meet NJ
  • 贰补谤苍别诲听0 - 56 credits听(no more than 56)
  • GPA of 2.5 or higher

How to Apply:

  1. Complete the EOP Transfer Form
  2. File a听听辞谤听(for NJ Dreamers)
  3. Apply before the Deadline:
    • Fall:听August 1
    • Spring:听November 15

Note:听Starting Spring 2024, most students won鈥檛 need to submit extra financial documents if eligibility can be confirmed through New Jersey Financial Aid Management System (NJFAMS). However, some students may still be asked to provide additional paperwork.
