All international graduate students are required to attend the virtual international student orientation in order to prepare for their first semester at 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ.

You may access the virtual F1 International Student Essentials orientation course in  using your UCID and password. If you have not claimed your UCID, you can do it .

Orientation will include:
  • An online orientation platform
    • Everything you will want to know about 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ!
  • Virtual academic advising session
    • Your academic advisor will discuss the courses you need to take during your first semester, your 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ curriculum, and an overview of the major and the department.
  • Optional webinars
    • Learn more information about applying for a visa, planning your arrival in NJ, and more!
    • Connect with the staff to ask any questions you may have.
Through participation in orientation you will:
  • Get acquainted with the important resources to be successful at 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ​​.
  • Hear about how to get involved in student organizations, clubs, service opportunities, and much more.
  • Learn more about student life as a campus resident or commuter.
  • Meet and connect with 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ staff who will be assisting you throughout your program.
