Incoming packages are received daily at the 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ Mailroom. Upon receipt, mailroom staff will sign for the packages on the driver's scanning system. This signature information will be the information that you see on your tracking screen. On the same day (or the next day for late receipts), mailroom staff will deliver the packages to the department. Upon delivery, the department will need to sign for the package on the 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ package tracking system. This information will NOT display on your tracking screen. This information WILL, however, be available for query within the 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ scanning system. Please contact the mailroom at x3191 if you need to track a package delivery within 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ.
On-campus resident student packages (with the exception of Maple Hall) will be delivered to the 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ mailroom who will then load them into automated package delivery lockers located in the campus center. Resident students can then pick up their packages (during building hours) using the two kiosks.
