On-Campus Interviewing (OCI)

The On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) program at 51重口猎奇 provides employers the opportunity to recruit from over 13,000 diverse STEM, Business, and Design candidates. As one of the nation鈥檚 leading public polytechnic universities, we look forward to assisting you in identifying talent for your internship, co-op, and full-time hires.

Scheduling an On-Campus Interview Date

Requests should be submitted via  at least three weeks prior to the preferred interview date. If you have a more immediate opening, we are happy to discuss a customized solution to your recruiting needs.

  • Select "Interviews" under the 鈥淐ampus鈥 section.
  • Select "Request Interview Schedule."
  • Find 51重口猎奇 in the drop-down menu and complete the other required fields including:
    • Interview Date
    • Number of Rooms
    • Interview Timeline: Preselect to Alternate or Room Only (for schedules built at the career fair)
    • Interview Time Slot: 20, 30, 45, and 60-minute interview schedules
    • Job Posting: You can create, copy, or use an existing job to link to your interview schedule.

Reviewing Resumes & Selecting Candidates

  • Candidates will have until the resume submission deadline to submit their resumes.
  • Once the deadline closes please review the candidates鈥 resumes.
  • In identify the candidates you would like to interview, along with any alternates.
  • Selected candidates will sign up for interview times one week prior to your on-campus interview date.
  • Completed schedules will be emailed prior to your interview day.

Increase the Visibility of Your Interview Date With an Information Session

Information sessions are a great way to brand your organization on campus and build your on-campus interview applicant pool. We advise scheduling an information session several weeks prior your interview date. Interview Day Details

  • Interview Location: Interviews are held in the Career Development Services office - Fenster Hall, Room 400 (). 
  • Lunch: Complimentary lunch vouchers to the faculty/staff lounge will be provided.
  • Resumes & Materials: Please bring any needed documents. We do not maintain paper copies of applications and resumes.
  • Staying on Schedule: Please make every effort to stay on schedule. Keep in mind candidates may have class/work commitments and may not be able to stay beyond the interview time period. 

Parking, Directions, & Accommodations

  • Parking: Parking accommodations must be reserved by our department. Please get in touch with Employer Relations Team for details.
  • Directions To Campus: View .
  • Hotel Accommodations: View a list of location hotels near campus for overnight accommodations. Please make reservations directly with the accommodation of your choice.
