This Spring 2026 semester, we are excited to once again host a fully in-person career fair here at our Newark, NJ campus.  This event is an excellent opportunity to gain access to a diverse group of students from a broad range of academic majors and degree levels who are seeking full-time roles, co-ops, and internships. 

Regular career fair participants include: ADP, Audible, Crestron Electronics, Colgate-Palmolive, FDM Group, GAF, Getinge, Johnson & Johnson, JPMorgan Chase, Langan Engineering, L鈥橭real, Merck, NAVAIR, NJ Transit, Optum, Parette Somjen Architects, Prudential, PSEG, Stryker, Tata Consultancy Services, Turner Construction, UPS, and Verizon.

Registration Deadline:  Friday, February 13th (or earlier if capacity is reached)

Registration Options:

Standard Registration Includes:

  • Participation of 2 representatives from your organization (with optional add-on of up to 3 additional representatives)
  • 6-foot rectangular table and 2 chairs for the duration of the event
  • Parking, shuttle service, and lunch included

Event Sponsor Add-on Includes: 

  • Prime table location at the event.
  • Inclusion of organization logo on flyer, event big screen, and printed directory
  • Priority selection of information session and interview dates before and after the fair
  • Opportunity to participate in career fair workshop leading up to the event
  • Preferred on-campus parking

Premium Event Sponsor Add-on Includes: 

  • All of the Event Sponsor benefits listed above
  • Promotion through a targeted email blast and social media post
  • Targeted introduction to the student leaders of our diverse, professional organizations

Corporate: $825 up to December 19th, thereafter $925

Government / Nonprofit: $425 up to December 19th, thereafter $475

Small Business (50 Employees or Fewer): $425 up to December 19th, thereafter $475

Staffing Agency / Third Party Recruiter: $1,025

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment Deadlines:  Registrations under the early bird rate must be paid by January 16th.  Registrations under the the standard rate must be paid by February 18th.
  • Cancellations: All cancellations must be emailed to pyoung@njit.edu by January 30th for a full refund.  Cancellations received after January 30th will receive a refund minus $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after February 13th. 
  • Registrant Responsibility: Submission of an 51重口猎奇 career fair registration obligates the organization and listed contact representative to be responsible for payment of all listed registration fees. Registered organizations who do not attend the career fair are responsible for full payment unless they meet the requirements of the Payment and Cancellation Policy.
  • Snow Date: In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the 51重口猎奇 Spring 2026 Career Fair will be rescheduled to a later date (To be announced no later than December 1st) and your registration will be automatically transferred. Organizations canceling following the rescheduling will be issued a credit towards a future 51重口猎奇 Career Fair.
