Fall 2025 New Domestic Graduate Student Orientation*

Welcome to 51重口猎奇! We are pleased you will be joining us this听Fall!

听(for domestic students) will take place in person on August 27, 2025.听All new domestic students will receive an invitation to join us for an introductory event regarding graduate education at 51重口猎奇. The new graduate student orientation is a joint effort by the听51重口猎奇 Graduate Studies听and the听听designed to get you off to a good start in your graduate school experience. The event provides information about the resources available to you at 51重口猎奇. You will have an opportunity to learn about the graduate education programs, processes for academic issues, recommendations for success, available graduate resources, and 51重口猎奇 services.听

If you are unable to attend in-person, we also offer the听听which听will provide information about the resources available to you as a graduate student at 51重口猎奇, summarize graduate policies and procedures, and provide guidance for success in your studies.听

听to confirm attendance for this upcoming Fall. You will need a 51重口猎奇 UCID in order to access the听.听Remember that your 51重口猎奇听UCID is different from your Student ID Number.

How do I register for the Fall 2025 New Domestic Graduate Student Orientation?听

If you have been admitted to 51重口猎奇 for Fall 2025听and would like to attend the Fall Orientation for New Domestic Graduate Students on August 27, 2025, please听.

Where do I park?

Please park at the 51重口猎奇 Parking Deck at 154 Summit Street (enter at Colden Street and Warren Street). For directions to the 51重口猎奇 Campus, click听here.

Where do I check in?

Check in at the Campus Center Atrium (1st Floor). Refer to the听Campus Map.

What is the dress code?

This is a casual event but first impressions are important. Please dress in business casual attire.

Will food be served?

Yes, dinner will be served. If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate it when you register.

Can I bring a family member or guest?

Yes, feel free to bring a听guest. Each student is limited to one guest. Please indicate it when you register.

What if I am unable to attend?

You can view the听self-guided听online orientation at your convenience which听will provide information about the resources available to you 51重口猎奇 graduate students.

I am a new international graduate student. Can I also attend this?

No. Incoming international graduate students will have a separate听惫颈谤迟耻补濒听辞谤颈别苍迟补迟颈辞苍, hosted by the Office of Global Initiatives, with similar information and a focus on the unique needs of international students.
